Bafana likely to lock horns with Angola

By Herrold Lamola (@Lamola_eitcHDee) South Africa could potentially face Angola in the quarterfinals of the 2016 COSAFA Castle Cup after the draw for the competition was held on Thursday night. The South African team, which is likely to be an Under-23 selection under the guidance of Owen da Gama in preparation for the Olympic Games, will enter the competition at the quarterfinal stage and tackle the winners of the first round Group B. South Africa played Angola an astonishing five times last year, overcoming them in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers after losing out in the African Nations Championship preliminaries. They also played a friendly in Cape Town that was won 2-1 by South Africa.   Aside from Angola, the other three potential opponents are Malawi, Lesotho and Mauritius. Zambia will face the winners of Group A in their quarterfinal, which will mean one of Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Seychelles and one of the surprise
